If something is not going as desired, you have partnership inquiries, discount inquiries, want to complain or contact us for any other reason not mentioned, we are available for you almost 24 hours a day. To 90% we can give a first answer even within 10 minutes.

Discord
The most used way to contact us. You can reach our Discord server at https://discord.gg/wgc. There you have the possibility to chat with other users and open a ticket in the ticket area.
Ticket system in the UCP
Of course you can always reach us in our integrated ticket system of the UCP at https://ucp.li/ucp/support_tickets.php. For more complex tickets we recommend the way via our Discord.
Teamspeak
We are also available on our TS server (limited). If we are not online, we ask for a ticket in Discord or alternatively in the UCP. You can reach us easily by connecting to the server vpc (just specify vpc in the IP field).
After that you can find us in the channel VPC-Support | Waiting Room. If a supporter is online, he will be there for you shortly.
